The Adventure Skirt

The perfect skirt for hiking! (Heck, it's the ONLY skirt I've seen for hiking...) It just feels so nice to be in an airy skirt when working up a sweat, logging a bunch of mountain miles. My new Purple Rain skirt is well-designed and well-made. The smooth waistband (no bumpy elastic bits or ties) and the just-right length are my favorite features. Yes, indeed, I'm glad I found this company and bought this skirt!

This is my third adventure skirt. I love them! Practical, comfortable and good looking. They have weathered 4 Camino hikes in Spain, France and Portugal.

I bicycled from Chicago to New York and also bicycled in Denmark. The skirt packs tiny but doesn't crease. Great for looking put together when off the bike. And those pockets are wonderful. Room for a cell phone, secure pockets for train and ferry tickets, or whatever else you don't want to slide out. I have one in black and one in brown. Future color suggestions: denim blue, khaki, soft grey.

I love these skirts and wear them everywhere. They're not just for hiking! Great over a swimsuit, or as a dressier, more flattering shorts alternative all summer. And cell phones easily fit in the pockets without dragging the skirt down. I've hiked with them over tights in cooler weather.
