Return and exchanges are offered within 30 days of delivery.  Skirts must be returned in brand new, unaltered condition with no signs of wear.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  No returns on custom orders.

Include the original packing slip with all exchanges/returns indicating your request.  The original mailer is reusable, please use this to return the skirt if possible.  Refunds will be credited back to original form of payment.  Please send an email to info@purplerainskirts.com so we know to expect the package.  Feedback on why a skirt is being returned/exchanged is always appreciated.  We very much want you to be satisfied with your skirt.  If for any reason you are not, please send us an email!
